Halloween Dangers

Yesterday was Halloween and some of the dangers that can be easily be prevented. One of the most common concerns among parents is razors blades, drugged candy, and poisoned candy given out on Halloween.

There is no certain way you could prevent this from happening, but you can check all your Halloween candy before eating it when you get home, you should also not eat your candy before you get home because when it I dark you can't see if there is a problem. Never eat opened candy or candy that is in a twisted wrapper because this could mean somebody was messing with the candy. Also, smell the candy before you eat it, if it smells funky don't eat it because poison can also be put into candy with a very thin needle so you may not notice it. Some things that you can do about cars and streets safety is added reflective tape onto bags or even on hats, glowsticks are good as well but they are harder to see.

I know that Halloween has already passed but you still think about these things when you are given any candy on a normal day or you are crossing the street when it is dark. Thanks for reading and be safe!
